Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GitHub gear, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
